  Awareness and Training on SRI Technique of Paddy crop:

In order to increase the yield of rice, farmers in the selected blocks of Dumka district were given training on System of Rice Intensification. The farmers were awared to to adopt SRI system in 110 acre area of the farmers.

The SRI training was rendered with full support from beneficiaries as well as the allies.

  Demonstration of cereals ( Pegion pea/Arhar , Urad , Mung) , Pea , Gram in Dumka and Ramgarh Block of Dumka District

During the year 2014-2015, a demonstration program was organized in the Ramgarh and Dumka district of Jharkhand.

  Adoption of Organic farming

We do understand the importance of conserving the biodiversity. Over the past few years, excessive use of fertilizers has created havoc upon the ecology and food security. In order to mitigate all such risks, we at ADWAA, keep organizing awareness as well as capacity building campaigns where farmers belonging to marginalized categories are provided training on organic farming. In all, 35 villages in 10 panchayats were covered.
