MISSION FOR INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT OF HORTICULTURE(MIDH)

Agriculture is the main occupation of more than 60 percent of the people in Jharkhand. ADWAA, during 2015-16, took up a project to promote the holistic development of horticulture sector in the area with the help of National Horticulture Mission. A number of activities like capacity building, technical support etc were undertaken for the promotion of cultivation of following vegetables and fruits under this particular project, The organizaton has motivated the villagers and prepared three samity to establish fruit bearing orchards of the following plants through samity and the orchards of 2014-15 were maintained by replacing dried and dead plants.
